I can't say they're bad-they never injured or did a poor job on my dogs, but they are not great. The prices are fair, tipping is awkward as you have to pay at the register then get your dogs (or dog if you have less-I have 3) and in my case there are often several people who work on my dogs. The issue is more of time. I have dropped my dogs off many times and been told: 4 hours, only to be waiting well into the early evening. The biggest plus is it is "budget" grooming (not so much budget as it is reasonably priced) the cons are the tipping issue (I personally don't carry cash and find the tipping issue awkward unless I pre-plan) and inconsistency of time it takes.
