  • Worst car rental I have ever had! This place is basically a Seinfeld episode. I reserved a car weeks prior to my trip, when I arrived I was told that they didn't have a car in that category for me (full-size rental). The ghetto staff working the desk told me I could wait a few hours or take another car, this is the purpose of a reservation, to have what you request at the time you request it. I was told I could have a compact car and that they would discount the price for me. I already researched the price and the compact car I was offered was given at the going rate. Terrible customer service from this location and they act like they are doing me a favor by giving me a smaller car at the standard rental price. The desk personnel also acted like they were bothered by my rental. I will never use dollar rent a car again, and I would rather drive to Las Vegas from Florida than to have to deal with the uneducated, poor customer service morons at the dollar rental desk again. Thanks for doing nothing for me and not honoring a reservation that was placed weeks ahead of time. If I didn't need a car that day I would have walked out then and there but you can rest assured this place is off of my list and should be off of yours as well, hopefully they go bankrupt and everyone gets laid off!
