  • This company is the best. We were in Phoenix at our daughters home and noticed that her AC wasn't working very well. After trying two other companies that got great Yelp reviews but disappointed, my husband found Howard Air. Did we ever get lucky. Every person we dealt with was professional, courteous and responsive. Our salesperson Steve was the nicest guy sales guy you will ever meet - genuine, caring, very knowledgable and not pushy. The installers were also extremely respectful. In addition to all of this, a 10 year warranty on everything - parts, labor, what's not to like.
