  • My designer jeans and a shirt were stolen from my room on 3/1/16. The hotel totally blew me off saying they do not guarantee anything in the room. They made no attempt to track the thief (obviously an employee) nor to appease me in any way. I was shocked and so disappointed at the lack of care and support. I'd never stay here again.
