  • Best retail customer service I've experienced in a long time! I do not live close to this location but went there two weekends in a row because of an awesome sale they were having. The store is a bit cramped/small but they tried to limit the number of people in there at a time, which helped some. Not sure if it's always like that or if that's just during major sales. Anyway, I'm new to Kate Spade products but they were all very helpful with suggestions and listened to me as far as what I do and don't like about particular styles. They are friendly without being pushy and they don't rush you if you are trying to decide. Samantha T and Kendall K are the two who have probably helped the most!
