  • A series of failures I should have run away when I sat in the waiting room listening to workers talk about the tons of commission money they make, their income from the past year- etc. This store: 1.) Gave me a bad prescription after initial eye exam, requiring 2nd eye exam to obtain the correct prescription 2.) Put the wrong lenses in my frames. Denied that they did it, made excuses, said the machine another store used to assess the strength & prescription of my lenses was "calibrated wrong". Finally admitted the error after I complained loudly enough and they actually took a look at my lenses, said they would put new (correct) lenses in and mail the frames & lenses to the eyemasters closest to my house 3.) It is two weeks after #2 occurred, I just spoke to the eyemasters where my glasses were supposed to arrive and they have no idea what I'm talking about. Eye exam wrong prescription, eye glasses made with incorrect lenses, eye glasses lost- nobody accepts responsibility. I'm out lots of money and have no glasses. NEVER RETURNING
