  • ***PROS*** * Easy to find in lovely, fun area of Fremont Street * Parking nearby, $2 for one hour (credit card or coins) * FUN preying mantis sculpture at entrance * Kappa Toys is located at the far right end of Downtown Container Park * Excellent selection of toys! One daughter bought the best "glitter wand" kaleidoscope she's ever seen. $12.95. She also bought a blind box "cat cup buddy" - adorable cat that perches atop your beverage glass. $7.95. * Second daughter bought Colored Pencils Razzle Dazzle Set (pencils w/glitter on them) for $9.95, and a Totoro gel pen for $4.95. * Nice sales person (Lizzy) was so cordial and inviting. She recommended we try the chocolate shop within the park. ***CONS*** * Parking was a little difficult to figure out (where are the parking space numbers? On the curb.) * Prices were a bit high. We found the same Totoro gel pen at Tokyo Discount later the same day for less than $3.00. I think it went for $2.49 to be exact.
