  • Such a great loan originator with horrible customer service. I made a request for PMI removal during Feb. It took so many days to initiate the process. After several follow-up they scheduled an assessment. The assessment was cancelled twice because person had personal commitments. I made several calls to call center and every-time I talk to someone, I get conflicting answers. I am doubtful if they train people enough to own the process. When I request to talk to supervisor, call goes on hold and then they say "supervisor is busy". Phone line always has some technical issues and website doesnt have many features.
