  • I went for a gel manicure and the girl that did my nails was sweet, but I was disappointed by how my nails looked. My cuticles were not trimmed, the polish was uneven, and the sides were peeling up. Hours after the manicure my nail chipped so I called and spoke to the manager and explained that I was unhappy and asked to get my money back. She refused to refund me and told me to come back and have someone else do them. I explained that I would rather just go to my usual spot rather than coming back but she told me they don't do refunds because she would have to call her boss and he would have to call the bank, which doesn't sound right to me. She said she could work out a way to give me half of my money back so I agreed on that because at least I could put it towards a new manicure. I have to say I was shocked at how horribly the situation was handled and would never recommend this salon.
