  • Worst experience of my life. Not only did the girl in the front made me feel inadequate but she basically insulted me. She requested an ID, I understand its policy for the complimentary wax for first time service, I provided her with my passport. Unfortunately I left at home my DL, so she ask me for a proof of address such mail or something else. I apologize for not having any on me at the time, I ask if I could bring it on my next visit. She gave me an eye roll and proceed it to tell me with an attitude that I could, but at this time I had to pay full price. I wouldn't minded but her attitude towards me was so disrespectful that I decided to say no thank you and walk away. I was going to give them a try, since my regular girl it's on pregnancy leave. I'll never go back to that establishment, not even for a freebie. I'll look else were, where they treat me with respect.
