| - Flippin' unbelievable.
I get hime from dinner and my phone falls from my lap, where i had it absentmindedly, onto the small boulder size of chunked gravel along my driveway.
Dang it, I had to go pee so bad!
I knew what occured immediately.
I'm sure some may understand my frustration after losing my LGV10 to "bricking" after having it for not even 17 months.
Fortunatley i got the insurance when I purchased my phone at Costco.
Quick trip to Costco, a call to the company that insured it, options about where to go for a fix, and here I am.
I called first to see IF it could even be repaired today. As luck would have it it's an expensive part.
Of course.
And to make things more interesting, apparently most repair shops don't have it in stock because it is expensive.
Surprise, surprise!
Well CJ basically had me convinced that I could have it repaired there, the same day, in less than three (3) hours.
Other options meant waiting a couple business days, and with the holiday weekend upon us it was sounding like that option would be as many as 5 days.
Sadly, i am a bit attached to my phone/camera/mobile library aka internet so I chose to come to Quick Fix Cellular.
CJ arranged to get the part and called me back to confirm they had specific part.
I should mention, this location is easy to find and its location has several nearby conveniences as well. The other option I had been provided was literally impossible to find on Yelp and when called I got a message that their mailbox hasnt been set up yet. So they're useless.
Once I arrived at the shop I provided the required info, was shown the replacement part when I inquired, CJ ran the payment (insurance co. is going to reimburse me once they get a copy of the receipt), took another contact number so he could call if he completed the job earlier than anticipated.
About two (2) hours later I have my phone in my hands, looking AND working as it should.

Would have given 5 stars but since I couldnt use my Yelp 10% discount I gotta make a cut.
Maybe I'll go by tomorrow and see if theyll offer it to me and rerun the payment.
After all, I do have 90 days -and my POST option seems to be "out of touch" area.
