AutoNation Nissan Chandler are the worst. Avoid them! Service advisor Alex is a clown and had no idea what a "POS Maintenance" was for our GTR. He said that he would research what we needed for the GTR and have my husband all set up by appt time the following morning. By the next day, his 'research' was that we only needed an oil change (which is incorrect). My husband took it in and 2.5hrs later, it hadn't even been touch! They gave him a rental after he sat there a while longer and over an hr after leaving, they contacted us to say that all 4 tires are shot and they can't do the alignment because of this. Then their key chip/dongle wouldn't work so they couldn't even service a GTR at all (they expire every year, and apparently their new one did not work). They blamed the alignment for the tires going bad and then got quiet when they saw that it was THEM that did the alignment. The wear and pattern are a direct result of the alignment they did during the first POS we had there a yr ago after buying the car. So they admit fault and claim they will see about getting the tires covered by warranty, since they went bad by 8k miles. Even the "master tech" said the tires should last at least 12k. Three days later they have stopped returning calls and even though we had an appt for the end of that week, no one will even follow up on whether we still have it or not. Bunch of thieves. The Autonation brand will never get our business again. They want to charge us $3.8k for 4 new tires; tires that they ruined because of incompetent workers. Completely unacceptable level of service, lack of professionalism and issue resolution.
