  • I finally was able to get ahold of someone after 3 days of trying. I asked to make an appointment for my first set of eyelash extensions and the girl said she was too busy to do that for me and I would have to set it up online. I explained to her that I tried to do that a couple days prior but it would not go through. She then said "Well, I don't know what to tell you." I read such great reviews about the customer service at this place, I am very disappointed.
