  • I. Love. This. Salon!! I have bounced around Salons in the central Phoenix area for 3 years and haven't really loved many of the places, mostly because they are always behind, take forever, and are super caddy with their conversations. I was referred by 2 separate people to go here, so I decided to try it out. I have waited to give a review until after it has been a consistent experience, and I am telling you, hands down, my fave! If you are Early, they will often times start you Early. They will get your hair washed and start the process. I have only been to Rick, but he actually listens to what I want, and does it. He doesn't try to freestyle or do what he wants. He gets that I am "hair-dumb" and just sticks with what I know how to style and do. He is very informative when I ask him about a new style, but let's me know the challenges. Let me repeat... he. Is. ALWAYS ON TIME! I have referred my mom & 3 other friends to him, who has used him, and they alllllll have the same experience. Also, he doesn't take forever or lollygag. Gets the job done & you are out! Just my style! Love this place!! And really ultimately, appreciate their respect for you as a person while you are there, and your time. (Even for my 5 pm appt tonight! He wasn't a minute late, and started early). Wish there were 6 stars!
