  • Sweet leg less macarons without air bubbles, inside is wet and there is no question of freshness. A simple yet useful trick to tap the tray was accomplished in the baking process. Macarons here surpass my basic need for just one by having just two. Sweet and tart just to ensure my tastebuds are awakened. March was sold out so I chose caramel and lemon blueberry? Well,..my memory isn't as good as the feeling I got when the moistness was full enough to take my sugar level pleasantly down.
