  • Never been to the Cox store before. Had to go in to ask them about the Cox security system, pricing, agreements, etc. So you walk in and there is a machine to take your name and why you are here. You punch in the information and go side on the side of the store to what for them to call your name. After a 10 min wait, I got called. The employee basically told me to schedule an appt with a sales rep to come to house for an estimate. Geez, I could have done that online or over the phone.
