Dr. Liberman is good. I felt that he took enough time with me to address my needs/concerns. However, after the visit, that's when the nightmare started.
Dr. Liberman prescribed a specialty medication, my insurance required additional information and a form to be fill out. After checking in with the nurse and being assured that the form was filled out and faxed, I got a denial letter from my insurance company for.... wait for it... not receiving the necessary form back from the doctor's office.
Called the nurses line to ask what happened... 2 calls on different days go unreturned despite the recording saying they return calls within 24 hours.
Called the front desk and was placed on hold for 12 minutes, then 'blind transferred' into the billing department... called back and was on hold for 7 minutes and then transferred to the nurses voicemail.
It's been 2 months since Dr. Liberman's prescription and I am still waiting for his staff to catch up to him.
