  • Worst business. Good products but terrible people. Employees are dumb and don't care. I bought MacBook Pro and they lied getting me into geek squad. When I took the computer in they told me to take it to Apple. They won't even let me pay my bill online. They only let me pay in store. Not even with my card! I have to pay in cash or check!? Wtf this is Best Buy . Terrible service, idiotic geek squad, liars, thiefs. Do your research is all I can say before buying here.
