  • Store is as expected - gigantic, clean, lots of helpful employees. What isn't expected is that they are doing away with carrying faucet parts. Seriously. I stopped in because I needed to replace a stem for the shower and was told they've stopped carrying most of the parts. Employee pointed out that replacing all the parts would cost as much as a new set. But I only needed 1 stem. Out of luck. Other than that, my dealings at this location have been fine. This plaza complex is a bit challenging during the weekends, so allow for quite a bit of extra time.
