rev:text	EXTREMELY dissatisfied with my family's room. Came to visit in laws from out of town .. room will not go below 76 and when I called the front desk for someone to come check the air, the response was "can't you adjust it yourself?" I have to send an electrician to check your air. I AM LIVID and I want a response on this!!!!!!!!!! Not to mention my partially cold refrigerator and disgustingly sour/urine smelling bathroom! My aunts insulin needs to stay cold!!!!!
