  • ZERO STARS. Also known as Phoenix Car Rental. NEVER EVER rent from these scheisters. The cars are UNSAFE and disgusting! They are pieces of $h!T and should not be on the road!! I tried to return the rental car 15 minutes after driving off the lot because it was unsafe. The power steering went in and out, the transmission felt like it was going to fall out of the bottom of the car, the RPM gauge dangled at "7," the interior was grimy and had an icky chemical smell that wouldn't come off of my clothing even AFTER washing them. They informed me I signed the contract & had to pay the full week. I expected to pay for a day, but they completely scammed me. Rented me an unsafe car that's unfit to be on the roads. Despite my financial loss, I returned the car and paid for the entire week.
