  • I am selling my home in a shortened time frame due to buyer restraints. The BINSR came back with requests to repair 4 broken concrete roof tiles and mud balls that were never installed by the builder (Pulte). The roof tile color is no longer made and would have to be special ordered. Ryan sent Steve to my home same as a filler on his route. Steve under promised and over delivered. He fixed EVERYTHING for less than quoted. These guys took so much stress off my shoulders, I couldn't believe it. All of the other roof repair companies had no empathy to my situation and said they were 2-3 weeks out on appointments. Ryan understood my issue and sent in his ringer Steve to save the day. THANKS GUYS!! I'll never use another company.
