rev:text	This place is cheap, management are stupid, dont care about you once you move in just wanna screw you over for money. They told me i couldnt get a vaild parking permit on my car until my plates were in. that took 40 days before I got them and when I went to get my permit they didn't need my plates. WEll, during that time I got towed 3 hours before my flight home for xmas! Then I had bags of xmas presents and clothes donations outside my door for my friend to pick up and take back to the church. In the 5 minutes they sat outside my door, someone took them. A month later I got a fine in my door for $103.98 (with tax mind you) for TRASH REMOVAL! You threw away gifts and clothes that were for children at xmas and then charged me for removal of the bags! Then, I came home oneday and my toilet was flooding from a leak behind it. I went down to the office to file a work order. 2 DAYS pass and no one came to fix it. on the 3rd day, I had to go back down and remind them that my toilet never got fixed. they finally came on the 4th day. Then I got charged %59 to fix it when it clearly had nothing to do with me just poor quality in the 20 year old toilet they installed. I couldn't use my bathroom for 4 days, spent hours on cleaning up the flooding not including all the laundry from the towels ruined and then they charged me!!! I'm a 115 pounds! The girls in management weigh twice as much, how come their fat asses aren't breaking toilets?? You also can't program your phone to the front gate for your visitors to use unless you have a 480 area code. I could go on more... THIS PLACE IS THE WORST PLACE TO LIVE. Unless you have tons of money to blow and what to live in poor quality apartments NOT LUXURY MIND YOU, then the location is nice.
