  • Worst customer service by the "Manager" who was rude and arrogant, sign on there wall over computer states $.75 per hour but was charged $.75 a minute. She added she couldn't help the way "corporate" did things. Earlier had told another customer they were not UPS just a UPS Store?!? so are you only a provider?!?
