  • We brought our 3-month old puppy, Calvin, to Gateway for the first time last Wednesday. The vets were amazing. We heard great things about Dr. Bob, but we took the first vet available and were very satisfied with the female doctor we had (can't remember her name!) They used our dogs name when talking about him, and we could tell that Calvin really liked the people caring for him. They were gentle, and really cared. The only thing keeping me from giving Gateway 5 stars is the WAIT. The clinic opened at 10am and we got there just two minutes after and had to wait over an HOUR. Keep this in mind when going there. They do not take appointments. I asked the receptionist when the best time to come in is, and she said mid-day. The price is RIGHT at Gateway. Calvins puppy-shots, dewormer, heartworm, and check up only cost us $60. We've also heard from friends that if you're low-income, they'll help you out even more, and throw in some services for free. Definetly going back!
