I am 40+ and have found that staying in shape after 40 is not easy. I began working out with Zach about a year ago and I find my body transforming weekly. I am getting stronger and my "jelly arms" are firm again. I am in better shape today than I have been in for years!
Zach is not only motivating and extremely knowledgeable, but he understands why my body is different than yours and tailors my workouts for ME. One size does not fit all in fitness!
