Can I give this place zero stars?
I got a flat tire this morning. My boss changed my car to the spare and I drove directly to this shop.
BEFORE I EVEN CONTINUED my conversation about my car, I specifically asked Jean Loc (assistant manager) if my car would be finished in the hour and 1/2 I had before work. I told him if the job would NOT be finished by that time I would come back tomorrow. He assured me it would and gave me a SPECIFIC TIME to come back and pick it up.
I left my car at 345 at the property and returned at 445 to find my car in the exact same spot of how I parked it! Nobody had touched my car!! ((((AGAIN, I ASKED IF
MY CAR WOULD BE READY IN AN HOUR BEFORE I LEFT IT IN THEIR LOT. I HAD TO WORK! I WAS LIED TO)))
Instead of being apologetic, his coworker (who wasn't even involved in my situation) bald white guy NAMED FRANK told me "it's an estimate time." First off, who is talking to you? He was in the middle of assisting a customer yet felt the need to shout from across the room!!! I hate him!!!!!!!'
I asked for my refund and left. Went to the location on Rainbow @ El Captain. Received exceptional service.
Personal note to Frank: I know you are the manager of this location. If you feel the need to address a situation, start off by introducing yourself as the manager on duty. LISTEN TO BOTH SIDES OF THE STORY. Address the situation accordingly. APOLOGIZE FOR THE INCONVENIENCE.
