  • Borderline CRIMINAL!!! This is the absolute WORST Management company that I have ever dealt with!!! I had a cleaning crew clean the house, carpets cleaned etc. The kept almost my whole $2250 deposit! The house was CLEAN! Drawers wiped out, ceiling fans polished,etc. I lived there with my 88 year old Mother for 3 years , not like we had parties or anything!! They charged me $750 to fix nail holes in the walls. This list that they sent me was absolutely absurd and If I didn't work two jobs and had some extra time I would haves sued them!! They just charge, charge charge for EVERYTHING,!! They are the GREEDIEST company that I have ever had any dealings with!! If I could give them negative stars I Would!!!
