We usually go to the one in Anjou, this time we were in this area so we headed to the one on the south shore.
The good: Food is still good. Service from Paulo is simply exceptional. Drinks are also on point.
The bad: Busy place. We hit our face to "do you have a reservation?" situation and we were told to wait 45 minutes (which ended being 20). In our four orders, two were truly mixed up, to a point where they had to take the plate back (but we had complementary donuts at the end for this issue). Some tables had plastic chairs, which brings down the value of the restaurant (other tables have good wooden chairs).
The service and food is simply great. It is the accumulation of the little things that needs to be fixed.
