  • My daughters and I stayed here after a house fire for about 2 weeks and the staff here at this hotel was outstanding!!! Mary, Nancy, Patrick everyone made us feel like we were part of their family. They always greeted us with a smile, checked on us, gave our dog treats, gave my girls daily afternoon cookies. If we ever had a problem or an issue it was handled immediately. I live in Tuscola and if you are going to be visiting this area this is def the hotel to stay at! Great staff, great free breakfast, great pool, great laundry facilities, comfortable rooms, great location right next to the Outlets at Tuscola.
