  • if I could give it 0 stars I would, then again I guess it's technically better than being homeless. BUT, if you love the following this might be the best fit for you! Do you love barking dogs all day and all night? Do you love maintenance taking their time to get to your issue fast? especially emergencies? Do you love the smell and sight of dog poop everywhere you walk in the complex? Do you love listening to drunk people come crashing home late at night? Do you love cigarette's, smoke, and cigarette buds littered everywhere? Do you love listening to domestic disputes? Do you love those disputes turning into abuse that involves the police? Do you love the sight of police at your apartment multiple times a month? Do you love not having running or hot water multiple times a month? Do you love working with incompetent and unfriendly office employees? Do you love having your apartment broken into? Do you love saying you have a hot tub that doesn't work? Do you love the sight of trash and old furniture and apartment renovation trash littering the garbage area? Do you love when people litter on your patio? Do you love having your stuff stolen? Do you love when someone parks in your assigned parking? Do you love being stabbed? Do you love loud music at all times of the day? Do you love the feeling of not feeling safe for yourself and/or your loved ones? Do you love hating yourself enough to read all these negative reviews and yet still want to live here because the price and location are great and that there's comfort in you telling yourself "I doubt those reviews were actually true, I'm sure they were all just over exaggerations of current and past unhappy tenants, LOL"? If you said "yes" to any or all of the above, you're going to absolutely fall in LOVE with this place I promise...
