| - I have eaten at Richardson's many times and have always loved it, but this past weekend has made me rethink whether I will ever return. Out of town company were very excited to dine there as I had raved about it. Well, the waitress, Diane, made our evening miserable. We sat for quite some time waiting for her to come. We had questions about the menu, specials in particular, and she sulked off to bring us a chalk board as we couldn't see all of the ones on the walls. She then left the table and didn't come back for a long time. Once she did, she stood at the tableside, chewing gum and jutting out one hip. We were clearly boring her. Questions asked of her were not audible in their response. Never have is felt so embarrassed as my out of town company were very shocked and very disappointed. Perhaps I could expect this treatment at Hooter's, but the total indifference was very very difficult. If you get Diane, you might consider moving to another table and if she is chewing gum, it might be the same piece as she chomped on it the entire evening. Very sad, indeed.
