  • I gave Gun Mountain another try after getting a response from the owner. I gave it some thought and said to myself that I would delete my past review if things get better. NOPE!!! Walked in and was ignored. I had a question, but the person behind the counter seemed irritated at me. Even when asked to see a rifle, he inhaled strongly while rolling his eyes upward while getting the rifle. He took his sweet time checking the gun to make sure it was safe but gave me a that look as if I was not worthy of handling an AK-47. I politely said "thank you sir" and his response was a "pffft.." while looking at his coworker. I am very disgusted at this store's customer service reputation. It seems like I'm not the only one disappointed with the people who work here. There are many more gun stores in Las Vegas and Henderson that deserve my money and will welcome my business. DO NOT SHOP AT GUN MOUNTAIN!!!!!!
