  • Been to the E. Bell store many times since couldn't get anyone on the phone. These are some of the most arrogant, cheats I've ever attempted to do business with. The N. Scottsdale store is just as bad & neither location would let me speak with a mgr. Was without cable for 4 days during the World Cup due to their mistake, which they admitted. This company is very poor at 'communications'. At least change the name to properly refer to their attitude + lack of service. Could go on with more details, but wasted too much time on these losers already. Also, for you Yelpers, how about allowing us to give NO stars.
