  • What a dump! I'm shocked anyone would give it more than 2 stars... I guess if you get it for less than $50 that may sway your vote. I paid $134 with all fees/taxes. The lobby was so smoky and smelly. I should have known then. I think I gasped when I got to the room. The furniture was so stained and worn looking, as was the carpet. You could literally see the lumps in the beds even with the sheets over them. I was afraid to walk on the floor barefoot, or sit on the couch or sofa. Nasty! The beds were uncomfortable. We never even turned on the TV--very old school, and on top of a 5 door dresser?! Weird! The shower sort of spit out water on you, the towels were scratchy and thin. My friend thought that the elevator smelled like wet dog. I was awaken throughout the night by our neighbors upstairs, very thin floors and walls I guess. I was SO disappointed! The pictures and outside are so great, what false advertising! Check out took forever, and they were less than friendly. The one upside was the coupon book everyone gets, we were able to get 2 breakfasts for the price of one. After waiting 45 minutes for eggs and toast, we weren't happy. But the food was good. I was so happy to leave Tuscany and can honestly say I will never be back. Not worth the amount I paid--wish I would have spent the extra $30 and stayed at Mandalay Bay.
