  • Awful. Awful. Awful. I've given this practice several attempts, kept thinking maybe they were just having an off day. Turns out they never have an on day. Don't come here unless you have the entire day to spend. I started setting my appointments for the very first available appointment thinking how could I possibly wait for nearly two hours if I'm the first one to be seen. It makes no difference. Well today I have the first appointment, I've been here an hour, and the nurse just came in to let me know there are no doctors even here! I asked why they would schedule appointments and not have doctors in, or why the doctors wouldn't come in knowing they had appointments, and she said she doesn't know. This is absolutely ridiculous. I've never been here less than two hours and I'm only sitting here to get my results read to me. This is my 4th time here and every time has been the same. Not to mention every time my prescriptions need to be refilled at Walgreens, Walgreens says they faxed the doctor's office every day and the doctor's office never gets back to them, when I call the office their message says not to call about prescription refills to tell the pharmacy, so I get somebody on the phone anyway about it and then all the sudden it goes through. This place is just a mess. And some of my levels were off on a previous visit, and the doctor even said she would like to see them at a different level but she didn't want to change my meds. When I told MD Anderson what she said, they switched it right away.
