  • If it were possible to give a million stars to any one place, Las Vegas Motor Speedway would be it. I am a writer and editor and we live our lives on inspiration. I can attribute a great deal of aforementioned inspirings. I love LVMS and all it has to offer. The staff is top notch, and as I am an ever fussy member of the national media, I am curmudgeonly and incessantly hard to please, the media centers are comfortable and keep me well fed. The fan areas are ideal for any aspect of racing. The Bullring is always running and full of local and national events. The outside road course occasionally hosts the Optima Street Car Challenge which is awesome. The infield of the Speedway has the Richard Petty Driving Experience, Exotics racing is found near the entrance. In October, LVMS holds not just the Toyota Nats but also the Red Bull Air Races. Unlike anything that you have seen before, the Air Races are an interesting and thrilling event. NASCAR, NHRA, Red Bull Air Races and countless other events are held throughout the year. Make sure to check out Midnight Mayhem drag as well. It's always a good time at LVMS
