  • This store needs to train the sales people how to activate a phone, I bought a iPhone 6 at the AT&T store on Bell Road and surprise. I decided to activated at the AT&T store in Goodyear, The store in surprise sent me all up and I told him we would like to transfer our number from cricket and keep the same number, but I went to the AT&T store in Goodyear a told me I could not do it because I activated already in the store at surprise which I did not do the sales guy did for me so when I try to activate it again I transfer the number over to us in the Goodyear store they want another $45. I paid the additional $45 and the salesman told me to get my money back from the store in surprise, I went back to surprise tell my story and the gentleman there which is the manager told me that the salesman good you're screwed up that I need to go back there and get my money back, it's like a three ring circus dealing with those people try to avoid those stores if all possible
