| - This place is a real mess. All we needed to do was add a signer to an existing business account. The process was onerous enough already, having to have ALL current and new signers show up at the same time. Why? People could have come by with their documents at separate times more easily, especially since one person works out of state 70% of the time.
Then they screwed up several things with typos, which of course made some data protection systems say we might be using fake ID or something. Fixed that. Then they wanted another document which simply does not exist, period. While trying to figure that out, they put a block on deposits, so we can't even deposit a check now.
Aside from this, the web site is kind of bad, and the app is simply awful. One of the dumbest things with the app is that you have to enter an account ID number that is separate from the account number, plus your own username and password. You can't save the account id, and have to look it up every time. The app doesn't do TouchID like all other banking apps do, and there are no simple PIN or 2FA login options such as with Paypal and some others. So managing the account is already kind of frustrating.
I told them to go ahead and close the account, and will start a new one at a real bank tomorrow.
The only reason for two stars and not one is that the employees have always been really pleasant and friendly.
