| - Run far far away from this apartment complex and its management company. If moving wasn't such a pain, I would have left a long time ago. So take this as a warning, save your time, energy, money, and sanity. DO NOT MOVE INTO THIS COMPLEX.
For almost a year, I dealt with roach infestation. I kept letting the leasing office know, but was brushed off. Pest control kept coming to spray, but at one point management told me because I live on the first floor and because this is Las Vegas it is normal for roaches to be in my apartment. Uh no.....turns out the problem was because of a neighbor who was a borderline hoarder. I let management know about this situation and it took almost a year, before my neighbors' apartments were inspected. I was told I could hire an outside pest control company, but I would have to pay for it myself!!!! The problem was eventually solved after a lot visits to the leasing office.
If you care about living in a quite complex this is not the place for you. While undergoing renovations, there were workmen out in the courtyard as early as 530am. I made repeated complaints to the leasing office and I was brushed aside. I know I was not the only resident who had issues with this. The problem stopped because the renovations stopped. Brushing me off again, the leasing office told me I was the only one who had made complaints.
I also had to call the cops on my neighbors because their fights were so disturbing I honestly thought one would kill the other. Definitely not a quite living space as they advertise to be.
I only give this place 1 star because of Destiny who works in the office. She is kind and will do what she can to help out. If you have to deal with Myra, she is defensive and only does what she has to after I have been forced to make repeated requests and after I have had to call corporate in California.
Based on outward appearances, the management company wants you to think this place is nice because of the "backsplash" or their so called "resort styled pool',(LOL) but I guarantee you once you move in and have to deal with the difficulties of roach infestations, having your water shut off without any warning, you will have major regrets. Trust me, there is nothing luxurious or resort style about this place. Another big problem, is there is no natural ventilation. There are no windows and no way to let fresh air enter your apartment, unless you fully open the doors, which is kind of creepy because anyone could walk in if your back is turned. (So your apartment ends up smelling like last nights dinner)
All I can say is RENTER BEWARE!!!!
