  • I was recommended from a parent at my sons school who has done business with Buddy's previously. I went there without an appointment, not knowing that one is recommended. Eric came out and dropped what he was doing to help me. He didn't make me feel that we were interrupting him at all. He measured my son for his helmet and shoulder pads. We were told that possibly we may need to wait six weeks from the manufacturer. The owner/manager came in and helped us with what he had in the back. Bottom line is that everyone who helped us made is feel very important and it showed that they genuinely cared about our needs. I haven't seen customer service like that in a LONG time. I was given a great price for a great Xenith Helmet and their custom house brand shoulder pads. My son couldn't stop smiling! Buddy's will be my recommendation for any sports equipment needs!!
