  • My experience with Dr. Lori was very in and out; she didn't seem to want to spend any more time with me than she had to. Additionally, after I cancelled my membership, I felt like I received even worse service. You're left paying for one additional month after you cancel, so I had 4 adjustments to use. When I used the 1st of the 4 with Lori, she did two adjustments, which felt very minimal. I went to a different Joint location (on Bell by Sprouts) to use the 2nd adjustment, and it was like night and day. This doctor did about 8 or 9 great adjustments. It's a bummer since the Happy Valley location is the most convenient for me.
