It seems this place is always busy. We came here at 8 pm one night and were told that it would be a two hour wait. So, we decided to come back another night. When we arrived, we came here in a group of four at 9 pm and waited about an hour and a half for a table. By the time we were at the front of the line, we were super hungry - but we were told that a party of four would take 45 minutes longer, so we ended up splitting our party into pairs.
We ordered the Hell's Kitchen Burger and Kettle Chip Nachos. The burger was really good! The beef patty was tender, juicy and cooked perfectly. However, I was extremely disappointed with the nachos as the chips were basically drenched in oil. The chips were soggy from all the oil in this dish. One of my relatives felt sick to her stomach after eating this dish, and she was sick for the next few days of our trip.
Overall, I would not line up again and wait to eat those nachos. If I come back to Vegas, I'll be heading over to Ramsay's Fish and Chips instead!
