I'm confused. We set up an oil change appointment a couple weeks ago to work around our schedules and here I am, with a 2:00 appointment and a THREE HOUR wait time. Said someone went home early, multiple cars ahead of me but yet, I have to wait three hours?! For an appointment set up 2 weeks ago? Getting into the actual service part of the dealership is a joke as well, they have soooooo many vehicles all over the place. They sent me to park in customer parking after squeezing my big ass jeep through literally inches of room just for them to tell me I parked in the wrong spot but didn't tell me where to park. I'm 9 months pregnant so I waddled back to my car and had to squeeze through the same vehicles and multiple salesmen just standing in the middle of the road chit chatting just to wait here for 3 hours. No, car salesman, I don't have someone to pick me up which is why we scheduled the appointment.... two weeks ago. Update: Now I'm waiting here in the hot shuttle room for almost 40 minutes for a shuttle and hoping to baby Jesus that they will give me a ride back like he said they would although the shuttle stops running at 2:30. So now, my husband is going to have to wait for me when he gets off work for me to wait for them to do an oil change. Too bad I bought the coupon book with my car or I'd be going elsewhere.
UPDATE X2 been an hour and a half, the shuttle driver just got back and basically made it seem like he didn't want to give me a ride since it's past the time. I told him I didn't want to wait here in this hot room and he said "you've already been waiting over an hour in here so why don't you go check and see how much longer" why don't YOU go check?!
A big shout out to Matt, he's a sweetheart and being very patient with how busy they are but everyone else here just doesn't know customer service. I hope he can find a different dealership to work for that will treat him and the customers so much better because he deserves so much more than this place.
