  • I've had really unfortunate customer service episodes here, especially with the grooming. One was a complete cancellation first thing in the morning with absolutely no notification--just a shrug from the people behind the counter when I got there-after arranging to work from home that morning. I finally got the picture and have taken my business to other local stores. I don't give a bad review lightly because I'm cheering for small local businesses, but I really never had a good experience here. The folks at the counter always seemed preoccupied with chatting on the phone or staring at the computer.
