rev:text	This is the first time I've ever written a review on Yelp, but I felt compelled to write it after my two visits to Jon'Ric Med Spa in Charlotte. I can't give enough positive accolades about my entire experience. I initially called to inquire if Dr. Jones could correct some work with fillers that I had done elsewhere in town and was unhappy with the results. From calling to book my appointments to my procedures with Dr. Jones, every aspect of my experience was wonderful. The receptionists are knowledgeable and friendly both on the phone and in person. When I asked a question they were uncertain about, they didn't hesitate to ask Dr. Jones and call me back with the answer. When I arrived for my initial consultation, I was treated in a professional and friendly manner. When I met with Dr. Jones, he was equally professional and approachable (two must-haves for a physician in my opinion). He sat and listened to my concerns and answered all my questions without ever making me feel that I was taking too long. He took his time explaining what he would do to correct the issues and also add enhancements to the areas I wanted. I left that day feeling I was in more than capable hands and would be pleased with my results. I came back and week and a half later for the procedure. Dr. Jones again took extra time with me, making sure I was comfortable and understood everything he was doing. I was a bit nervous but he made the experience as pleasant and pain-free as possible. He took time to make sure my filler was as symmetrical as possible and was extremely gentle to try to avoid bruising (I bruise easily). It's been 10 days, and I'm very happy with the results. I would highly recommend Dr. Jones for any cosmetic procedures; you won't be disappointed. His personality and technical skill make for a winning combination.
