Pretty disappointed with the service. My cousin gets her tattoos done here and it was a good experience for her when I went with her.
But when I tried to get a tattoo I went to the Spadina location with print outs of my tattoo only to be sent away since the booking manager was not in and was told to email them instead. So I emailed them all the information from the size to placement on the body. I waited and after 3 days of not hearing back I decided to call to confirm that they received my email. And the booking manager said she was replying to all the emails at the moment and I should hear back by that day or the next. Long story short over 1 week and 6 days I had to call them 4 times in total just to have someone respond to my email. I began looking into other tattoo shops but I eventually received a text saying to email all my information to another email which was an artist. I respond to the text right away and told them I sent all the information and I was told I would receive a response shortly. 3 more days go by and I decide to text back the number asking when the artist will respond to me. And they said the artist will respond now. So he did and the prices were pretty expensive 600-700 and definitely not in my price range as my cousin got her tattoo which was half the size of mine for 90 bucks so I wasn't expecting to pay more than 350.
Immediately after receiving the price quotes I stopped by another tattoo store closer to home and asked for a quote and was told 280.
Unfortunately I was really looking forward to getting a tattoo done at Golden Iron but the service was terrible. I would understand high prices for good service but it wasn't a customer shouldn't have to chase to get an appointment or just a price quote.
