  • Had a really great experience here - purchased a white turquoise ring after wandering into the Town Square location. An hour later, while in Whole Foods, I noticed the stone had fallen out. I called the shop in the morning, and Aaron told me he'd take care of me. I went and visited him at the larger location at the outlet mall and he had me pick my favorite ring to replace mine. He ended up swapping out my $55 ring purchase for a much larger $100 ring. I left very happy, and get compliments on my ring all the time! Also, I got a call from Whole Foods a week later - they found my original stone that had fallen out. I was shocked! That stone must have had good karma. I returned it to the shop, so it could go in to another piece, and have another story to tell. :)
