Came with 5 of my friends and since we are all from Hawaii we think we are food critics. We instantly started translating stuff in to our language, like sea urchin...we said oh uni! Ha ha but it was good, had bacon-it was a no lose situation. The garlic shrimp was amazing. We tried 2 paella dishes and they weren't that great, it didn't have that crunchy bottom that you get in Spain. We did have some type of noodle that reminded me of Filipino pancit-we all loved that one! The cheese dishes were misleading-we thought it would be like a fondue--it was a couple pieces of cheese and jam ha ha. We all enjoyed it. I'd go back if I had company in town, but wouldn't make the drive from Summerlin for it.
