Staff in the front office is unbelievably rude. I honestly think they need to check their reviews on yelp and solve this issues because it's not just me going through it obviously.
I just got hung up on today by a RUDE staff. I called 2 times in a row on Tuesday March 17, getting answered but put on hold for the longest was 15 minutes. I gave up and decided I'd call later hoping someone would answer in the #2 department line for apt needs. I was concerned with a billing issue. Long story short, the first day I came in the desk lady failed to tell me I have to pay off $1000 within 24 weeks of pregnacy. I was able to pay $50 first visit not being informed I cannot make minimum payments like 50 again and that I would have to start paying 190. Even my fiance was with me and listened to everything. She failed to tell me I'd be paying 190 for the next 5 Vists. Who has damn near 200 $ everytime to see a doctor? I called a day before my second apt asking if I was going to be able to pay 50$ again or am I paying 190. She explained I'd be paying 190. Then I told her I was not able to make a payment until the 22. She further cut me off explained it again and then informed me that we have to pay off the 1000 within 24 weeks. After she repeated her self I told her were on two different pages because I understand. But I just told her I cannot make a payment tomorrow could I just resedchuel it. She further procided to accusing me of having a short fuse after the fact I just asked her if I was able to just resedchuel! That's all I wanted! And had enough nerve to say I have a short fuse. I had no attitude at all I just wanted to resecduel and she kept repeating herself and me stopping her saying I understand but I cannot pay tomorrow so resecduel me is being short fused? Obviously you don't want my business if you can't even let your customers finishes a damn thing they say! Do not go here you will just end up being Un happy!
